The Mt. Mills Community Cemetery is South of Barton, Alabama on Mt. Mills Rd., county road #33. Turn south on Mt. Mills Rd. & travel approximately 1.7 miles. The cemetery is located on the left at the intersection of Co. Rd. #33 & Commanche Lane. There are few graves here with cemetery sign stating there are five Confederate soldiers buried there. There were two marked graves of Confederate soldiers. So, there must be three more that do not have markers.
