To
reach the Parsonage Cemetery, travel north from Cox Creek Parkway on Alabama
Hwy 17 for approximately 7.7 miles. Turn left onto County Rd. #8 and travel 1 ¼
miles. Turn left onto Parsonage Cemetery Rd. and travel .3 miles to the
cemetery. The cemetery lies on a hill in a wooded area. There is a metal gate
across the drive to the cemetery. This cemetery is beginning to get quite
overgrown. There are a lot of large trees but they pose no problem. A net wire
fence encircles it. This burial ground has a few unidentifiable graves.
To
reach this cemetery from the Cloverdale, AL area, travel to Cloverdale by way
of State Hwy. #157 turning right onto County Rd. #8. Travel approximately 5
miles following Co. Rd. #8 and turn right onto Parsonage Cemetery Rd. Go .3
miles to the cemetery.
