Vaughn Cemetery is located in south central Wayne County. This cemetery is
relatively new and does not carry a number as others in Wayne County do. To
reach the cemetery, from Cypress Inn, Tennessee, travel east on highway 227 for
5 miles. Turn left onto Middle Cypress Creek Road North and travel 1.5 miles
passing the May Branch Rd. The cemetery is on the left on a sloping hillside.
The cemetery sign reads: “In Memory of J.W. Vaughn”
