The Waters Cemetery is beside highway 128 in Perry County, Tennessee. To reach the cemetery, travel north from Clifton, TN on East Water St. or Highway 128 for approximately 8 miles. The cemetery is on the left side of the road. There are several very old graves here. No information is available on the burial cairns of which there are several.
